These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Voyant LLC (“Voyant”, “we”, “us”). By accessing our site, contacting us, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Voyant provides AI automation, software development, web design, and growth marketing services for businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in the individual proposal or statement of work agreed between us and the client. Where you provide a mobile number and consent, we may send service-related (non-marketing) text messages such as missed-call responses, appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency typically ranges 1–3 per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Full details are in our SMS Communication Policy.
Setup fees, monthly subscriptions, and any one-time charges are described in your proposal. Recurring fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services after reasonable notice.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to the accounts and assets needed to deliver the work, and to use any systems we build lawfully — including compliance with applicable telecom, email, and privacy regulations (such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM) when communicating with your own customers.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for you, excluding any third-party tools, libraries, or our pre-existing frameworks and know-how, which remain our property and are licensed to you for use within the delivered work.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or rankings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
