What we collect on this site, how we use it, who processes it for us, and the choices you have.

This site is operated by Voyant LLC (“Voyant”, “we”, “us”), Atlanta, Georgia. Questions about this policy go to info@voyantstrategies.com.
Information you send us. When you use the contact form you give us your name, work email, company, what you need, an estimated budget range, and anything you write about your project. The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the site that referred you. It uses cookies and similar identifiers. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
Text messaging. If you opt in to our SMS program we keep your mobile number and a record of your consent, as described in our SMS Communication Policy.
To respond to your enquiry, to deliver services you engage us for, to understand how this site performs, and to send service-related text messages you have opted in to. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Google (analytics), Web3Forms (form delivery), Vercel (hosting) and Twilio (text messaging). If you become a client, Stripe or Square process payments. Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms. We disclose information where the law requires it.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. To opt out of Google Analytics across the web, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Reply STOP to any text message to leave the SMS program.
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and for our business records. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. SMS consent records are kept for as long as you remain opted in and as carrier rules require.
Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We respond within a reasonable time and never charge for the request.
This site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
